Ebazaar rejects million dollars deal / Ebazaar Rejects Mr.Mukhesh Ambani’s offer.
Mr.Mukesh Ambani who straight away killed all the competition while launching jio. He had offered 20 Million Dollars to Ebazaar Internationals Inc. to buy their company “ebazaar”, Ebazaar is an Internationals Inc. Company that had entered into the market with a different taste of flavor and changed the Ecommerce Business Model completely. However, everyone knows that a few months ago JioMart just was launched by Mr.Mukesh Ambani one of the top richest persons in India. Ebazaar India or you can say ebazaar Internationals had declined their offer to sell the company to Jio and also declined partnership deed offer to merge ebazaar with JIoMart.
among all tables, Jio Believes that JioMart is a not good name for a shopping platform. However, they’re facing many difficulties to expand it. Also, they just sell only grocery and food items on JioMart. To sell other kinds of stuff like apparel, electronics, and other things Reliance Shopping is not running in a good way as they’ve expected.
What makes ebazaar so sweet that ebazaar is not just booming in E-commerce, it’s also making unexpected and impossible things possible. Ebazaar is Now All In One Platform for Online Shopping, Groceries, Medicines & Healthcare Products.
So now the customer doesn’t have to install many of ’em different set of apps like Jiomart or grofers for grocery, amazon or Flipkart for shopping and other apps which sells medicines online. Everything is available on one website/app which is ebazaar. Whatever you need switch according to it and here you go. For e.g., If you want to order medicines then just click on the menu and click on medicines that’s it now you can shop for medicines and if you want other things like appliances for your home or grocery switch it again .that’s it.
After receiving a rejection from ebazaar JioMart increased the price to buy ebazaar at any cost but again ebazaar just rejected the proposal.
After this small happening, Walmart who had bought Flipkart also jumped into the race and offer 120 Million to the ebazaar, But ebazaar Internationals had rejected this offer too. It seems like the losers aren’t hungry for money and jumped into the business with a very long vision and to achieve the highest level of productivity.
Walmart and Jio also planning to merge themselves so they can add a point-break to ebazaar’s growth strategy and strike them out. Also, Jio had filed a case Vi Network, and on ebazaar to that, they’re killing high Captial Intensive businesses by creating an extreme Monopoly In the market by taking Patent Licence & Trademarks. According to patent laws, Other Businesses/companies cannot start the same business that is already patent protected by
a company or a person. However, the Civil court had rejected the quotation of Jio on Ebazaar Internationals on the basis of Invention and a better business model than an E-commerce platform. Also, ebazaar had a patent and Legal business registration in The United States and also in India, If The civil court accepts the petition of Jio then Ebazaar Will go to the United States wherefrom it was firstly Incorporated. also ebazaar got intellectual property Patent by the Indian government so the petition is invalid and cannot be accepted.
However, Jio’s petition on Vi Network is still under ED but Jio cannot take overpower Ebazaar Internationals for upcoming financial years.
